This can then be implemented by yourselves, or we can take the reins and bring the plan to life for you.

OUR PROCESS

Let’s talk. We like to keep things easy, our initial discovery call will be a chance for you to tell us about your company, current marketing and what you’re looking for.

After our call, we’ll share an online questionnaire so you can give us more of an overview about where you’re currently at. This will give us enough information to build a proposal for your digital strategy.  

What are you looking to achieve through being online? What are your competitors doing well (and not so well)? What content do you have to work with? Industry, competitor and audience research will start to answer these questions to help inform the direction of your digital plan.

Taking your goals and our strategy research into consideration, we’ll recommend which channels would be worthwhile to invest time, effort and budget into. From here we’ll determine your channel tactics, including what kind of content you should post on which platforms and what paid ads would be with investing in.

With the channels in place and tactics decided, we’ll recommend what kind of content will reach, engage and persuade your market and where. Bringing ideas to life we’ll share mockup posts, campaigns and content to give you a visual flavour of how we’ll launch your social and digital marketing channels.

Let’s get the ball rolling, making sure recommended channels are set-up and marketing activity can be tracked. From here, we’ll create, collate and finalise any content for the chosen channels, sharing this with you via our live content calendar each month.

You’ll be kept up to date with regular cross-channel reports and performance reviews, where we’ll highlight any new channel opportunities and highlight key areas for further growth. We’ll be the digital marketing team you wish you’d found years ago.
