First up, we rebranded. We established new brand guidelines, including a tone of voice, colour palette and visual style. We designed a range of branded marketing materials including outdoor banners, business cards, coffee mugs and other goods. Working in line with their internal processes, we created bespoke editable job recruitment templates for the Elite team to easily use on a daily basis, this ensures a consistent brand through the consumer journey. We helped Elite to audit and update their social media channels. We ensured visuals were consistent and business information was clear.

Next up, we wanted to raise awareness of the Elite brand across social media. We worked towards a three month strategy, creating both organic content and paid ads for Elite’s Facebook and Instagram. So far, we have seen an increase in followers, engagement, website visits and app downloads. The brand overhaul and consistent social media activity has elevated Elite, it stands out amongst competitors and has created a new sense of momentum amongst staff. We’re currently managing Elite’s Facebook & Instagram, working closely with them to develop a cohesive customer journey.
